RTI Practice Administrators will:
 

·         Support you by continuously monitoring all aspects of your Practice through the ever-changing trends that face Emergency Physician billing. By monitoring the key trends of your practice, your Practice Administrator is able to provide you with information that is necessary to make strategic management decisions for your group to optimize the capture of appropriate revenue.
 

·         Listen to your business or operational needs from a billing perspective and determine the best way to match those needs with a solution from our billing operations.
 

·         Specialize in client relationship management and share a common goal of ultimately ensuring patient satisfaction and contract retention.
 

·         Conduct quarterly client reviews to help forecast practice revenues.
 

·         Ensure best practices by performing monthly variance analysis for all client key indicators.
 

·         Respond to ad hoc requests for data outside our standard management reporting product.
