Every month RTI management reports provide key data for your practice in an attractive, concise format that can be customized to meet your reporting needs and management structure. Easy-to-read graphs and tables show changes and trends in charges, visits, A/R, payor mix, and receipts. Provider Performance graphs break out average charge per patient, visits, and payments by each physician. The “Reimbursement Issues” section keeps you informed of the latest trends in billing and legislation.

RTI’s relational database, with its cutting-edge software and hardware, can extract data from any predefined field, cross-reference numerous fields at once, and allow clients to predefine unique data elements outside of those used in billing. Our database reporting system easily produces three types of reports:

• Ad hoc inquiries run upon request by your practice.
   
• Custom reports, based on unique predefined data elements, produced at scheduled run times.
   
• Sophisticated monthly reports pertaining to charges generated, credits received, and accounts receivable.
