Murray D. Fein, CPA, President & COO

Murray is responsible for the overall management
of RTI. He has been with RTI since he co-founded it in 1991, serving as Executive Vice
President and CFO before his promotion to the presidency in October 1998. Prior to
founding RTI, he served as CFO of Specialty Services Group (SSG), another emergency
physician billing company.
Edna Slater, Senior Vice President,
Post-Billing Operations

Edna is responsible for RTIs post-billing
operations. Prior to joining RTI in 1995, Edna had over 15 years of healthcare
receivables management experience with such firms as Biomedical Applications, Montgomery
Comprehensive Health Services, and Community Health Affiliates.
Andrew Weiss, M.D.,
Vice President, Pre-Billing Operations

Andy oversees RTI's pre-billing
operations. Andy joined RTI in 2003 and has over 14 years of experience in
healthcare operations management, serving most recently as Vice President of
Precyse Solutions. Andy earned an MBA in healthcare administration from
Boston University, an M.D. from Hahnemann University, and a B.A. from the
University of Pennsylvania.
Gregory Hufstetler, CPA, Vice President,
Reimbursement & Regulatory Affairs

Greg coordinates the reimbursement and managed
care activities of RTI. Prior to joining RTI in 1994, he had 20 years experience
with Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Aetna Medicare, Laventhol & Howarth, and the
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. In addition to his CPA and MBA, Greg is an FHFMA and
a founding member, as well as a board member, of the Emergency Department Practice
Management Association (EDPMA).
Lori Feldman, SPHR, Vice President, Human
Resources

Lori manages corporate recruiting,
compensation administration, training, and all other human resource
functions. She is also responsible for overseeing the company's corporate
compliance program, which includes all employee compliance education and the
monitoring of RTI's independent quarterly audits. Prior to joining the firm
in 1995, Lori had 13 years of experience in training and personnel
management. Prior employers include Royal Bank of Pennsylvania, Center
County Office of Aging, and Center County Employment and Training Agency.
Lori holds a master’s degree in training and organizational development from
Temple University.
John Brophy, Vice President of Practice
Administration

John joined RTI
in 2007 and is responsible for client relationship management and new
business development. Prior to joining RTI, John had
15 years of experience in operations analysis,
business unit general management, and reimbursement operations with national
healthcare provider organizations. John holds a BA in Economics and an MBA
in Management from
Rutgers University.
Linda DuBois, Vice
President of Client Services

Linda manages all new client transitions and
installations at RTI, and also handles some ongoing client relationships. Linda has an MBA
in Marketing as well as over 10 years of experience in healthcare industry practice
management and billing. She joined RTI in 1995.
Theodore Helwig, CPA,
Director of Finance

Ted oversees all accounting and financial
reporting functions at RTI. He has a management degree with a concentration
in accounting and finance from Gettysburg College. Ted joined RTI in 1996
and worked in the Reimbursement Department for eight years prior to his
appointment as Director of Finance in February 2004. Before joining RTI, he
worked in the Finance Department at Health Partners of Philadelphia and in
public accounting for eight years.
Gaetano Miceli, MBA,
Vice
President of Information Technology

Guy is responsible for the smooth operation and
implementation of information technology at RTI. A member of the RTI
management team since 2001, Guy has a bachelor's degree in business
administration/computer science from Temple University, and a master's
degree in software network engineering from Drexel University. Guy joined
RTI with 15 years' experience managing IT people and projects.
