Applicant Policy

 

  1. Purpose
    The purpose of this policy is to define an applicant for employment for Reimbursement Technologies, Inc. This definition will serve for the purposes of recording and reporting applicants to meet various regulatory and measurement needs and is in compliance with EEOC 29 CFR 1607, OFCCP 41 CFR Part 60-3 and DOJ 28 CFR Part 50


     
  2. Policy
    In order to be considered an "applicant for employment" at Reimbursement Technologies, Inc., an individual must meet three (3) different individual criteria. If not all three are met, then an individual is not considered an applicant for reporting purposes.
     
    1. The position for which a potential applicant is applying must be open and posted through an active job posting site or listing approved by RTI.
       
    2. The potential applicant must submit an official "Application for Employment" as designated by Reimbursement Technologies, Inc.
       
    3. The potential applicant must designate on his/her application the particular position, or job title, and geographic location of the position he/she is applying for as identified in Item 1 above.

 

Applications may be accepted via e-mail, Internet web services, U.S. Mail, facsimile or in person. Resumes, curricula vitae or letters of interest or intent by themselves are not applications for employment and will not be considered as such.
